IT Director
As IT Director the challenge will be to develop our current performing IT platform to support the market as it moves towards digital transformation. To perform this, you will have to guide and motivate a team of 40 IT people.
Your mission:
Board member:
• As a member of the Executive Committee reporting to the CEO of speos Belgium, you will hold a strategic position at the heart of our company while maintaining a pragmatic dialogue focused on technical expertise.
• Even more important is that you will contribute to the strategic reflection on the vision and culture of our organization and that you will help to guard our values in the company.
• Our speos culture is unique within a large structure such as the bpost group and together we ensure that we maintain our individuality while respecting the guidelines that are common within the group.

A SA/PM (Solution Architect/Project Manager) at speos is part of the IT department but works closely with all departments. Projects and clients are very diverse (banks, telecoms, energy sector, and more), and may be paper-based and/or digitally oriented.

Each SA/PM has his/her own portfolio of clients and projects. He/she is able to manage his/her portfolio independently and autonomously, while taking into account customer expectations and internal feasibility.

We are looking for a Product Mastermind to strengthen our IT Product team.

Your mission:

• Use your magical powers to manage the product backlog with Product
Management, taking into account the needs of our customers and business objectives
keep the foreground.
• Work with our experts in development on user stories, acceptance criteria and
enchanting product features.
• Use your knowledge to control the product development process so that you are on time
deliver high-quality products that delight our customers.
• Use your powers of observation to collect feedback from various
teams to continuously improve the product and user experience.
• You work together with our marketing department to get the right messages across
to our key stakeholders.
• Verify that our product meets legal requirements and industry standards.

To support our growth and strengthen our ICT Department, we are looking for a
passionate Devops Engineer with an interest in modern development andtechnologies.

Your mission:
• You are involved in the research and development department that deals with
software and web solutions. You share your experience in the full lifecycle of
software development, ranging from concept & design to testing & delivery.
• You play a role in projects involving the development of full stack components
rely on API and micro-services architecture.
• You are actively involved in various projects involving full stack components
are being developed that rely on micro-services and message-driven architecture
You will join a team that designs and implements a global business solution
and maintains. Our goal is to provide solutions to our customer and their end users
involving API interactions and workflow processes inside and outside the company
