Responsibilities<\/p>\n
– Carry out the mapping of the processes reflecting the activities of the organization
\n– Collect and compile information useful for understanding the process requirements: purpose, inputs, outputs, steps, activities, actors, deadlines, scope, rules, requirements, documents, context, risks, etc.
\n– Prepare the project activity schedule
\n– Coordinate, prepare and lead the defining, process analysis and prioritization exercises
\n– Identify and evaluate process improvement opportunities and quantify potential gains.
\n– Master the fundamental concepts of the current situation to facilitate the design of the target process
\n– Design the process flow, system diagrams, flow charts, process document and procedures to serve as a guide to users
\n– Organize & facilitate workshops with the key stakeholders of the concerned process.
\n– Reconcile participants’ points of view when they are divergent & aim for
\n maximum synergy.
\n– Carry out the implementation of improved or new processes
\n– Provide guidance on systems, procedures, processes, controls and related issues
\n– Conduct training sessions for teams involved in the impacted processes<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
– Minimum 5 years of experience as a business process analyst
\n– BPMN Certification
\n– Reasoning and establishing links between various data and conceiving alternatives and drawing adequate conclusions
\n– Team Spirit
\n– Accompany clients with transparency, integrity and objectivity
\n– Knowledge of process analysis and design techniques\/methods
\n– Languages: NL or FR Fluent. Good knowledge of EN<\/p>\n
